What you get
The Empire VFS32FB0F Vent-Free Gas Fireplace is a vent-free gas fireplace rated by its maker at 5,120 BTU per hour.
At full fire it burns about 5 cubic feet of natural gas an hour (its 5,120 BTU/h divided by EIA's heat content for each fuel).
As a vent-free unit it burns room air and releases its exhaust and moisture into the room, so nearly all its heat stays indoors. Its manual sets a minimum room size for its BTU rating, and some local codes restrict vent-free appliances. Vent-free vs direct-vent.
Also on the listing: overall dimensions of 23.43 in (D) x 34.5 in (W) x 41.12 in (H).
